Max Remington-Hobbs is a master facilitator, storyteller, and guide through the inner terrain of transformation. With warmth and insight, he creates spaces for truth, courage, and deep reconnection.

AHA Breathwork is a powerful somatic practice. It can create temporary shifts in your breathing, chemistry and emotional state and may lead to strong physical sensations or emotional release.

AHA Breathwork is a live 90-minute guided session, held online via Zoom. You’ll receive a private link once you register.
You’ll be guided through a conscious breath technique, supported by a powerful sound journey. The experience can include physical sensations, emotional release or deep states of relaxation and insight. All of you is welcome.
None at all. First-timers and seasoned practitioners are equally held and benefit deeply.
Breathwork shifts your internal chemistry temporarily. You might feel tingling, contractions in your peripheries, heat, lightness, or waves of emotion. This is normal and part of the process and release and resolves when you slow your breath down.
Hydrate in advance. Avoid eating for 1–2 hours beforehand. Use headphones (essential). Choose a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably. Set an intention if you’d like - or simply arrive open.
We’re passionate about the healing power of breath. This session is our gift to our community and their loved ones - free of charge.
